For pricing and estimates on any product, please send us a message on our contact page and let us know what you’re looking for! Once we know the specifics of what you need, we can provide you with an accurate estimate for your product, as well as the timeframe* at which it will take to complete.

*Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received.

CUSTOM WORK

Want to put a personal touch on your product? Whether it be hand tooled patterns and designs, initials, last names, awards, icons, or painted details- let us know what you have in mind and we can make it happen!

• IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CUSTOM WORK:

  • Customizing leather by carving and stamping is a time-consuming process. Once a design is set into the leather, it cannot be reversed. Given the time and the permanence of the customization, all orders that are taken for custom products must be paid in full prior to the product being produced.

  • Custom project quotes are determined based on an estimate of labor required to complete the project and added to the base price of the item being crafted. Customizations that take less than one hour to complete are charged a minimum labor fee of $30 on top of the base price. Due to the range of difficulty and techniques required for some items, labor rates may vary between products.

  • ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL.

REPAIRS

Have a leather product that needs some love? A purse strap thats torn, a buckle that have frayed off, a pair of boots that need a good conditioning? Let us know and we will see what we can do to help you!

• SILVER SPADE LEATHER CO. PRODUCTS:

  • If a product that was manufactured by Silver Spade Leather degrades at a rate that is faster than normal or if a product fails to meet the product guarantee stated below, Silver Spade Leather will then evaluate the product. Repairs will be made to the product if it is determined that it did in fact fail to meet the quality standard of the company 

• NON-SILVER SPADE LEATHER CO. PRODUCTS:

  • When repairing goods that are not produced by Silver Spade Leather Co., each repair request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the quality of the item. If it is determined by Silver Spade Leather Co. management that the item is not repairable or damage may occur to the item during repairs, the request for repair my be denied at the discretion of the evaluator. 

  • For all repairs, regardless of their manufactured origin, a product liability agreement between the customer and Silver Spade Leather Co. MUST be signed prior to the repair being performed. 

  • All repairs are priced by materials and with an hourly labor rate of $25.00, regardless of the nature of the project. An invoice will be provided to the customer to pay within 30-days of repair being completed.
